You’ll be invited to see a pilot presentation. This will cover a demo of Relief Arc, additional benefits to using the platform, and cost of the pilot. Be sure to invite your department’s decision maker(s). The meeting will include ample time for discussion to field any questions you and your team have so that everyone understands the pilot program.

Step 3
Relief Arc will work with your team to draft a funding proposal for your agency’s procurement office and assist with any follow-up meeting.

Once the contract is ratified, the pilot can start!
